James J. Harkins IV, President of Quality Crane Services Inc., has over 26 years of experience in the crane and rigging industry. Along with being a mobile crane inspector he has experience in nuclear, biomass, and fossil fuel power plant construction, as well as experience in off-shore oil industry. He has successfully completed the Iron Worker Apprenticeship Program and currently holds a Merchant Marine Master’s License.
